Shipping

Domestic shipping via Federal Express or UPS, prepay and add on using CCC account or use customer’s freight account.

International shipping via Federal Express, UPS, or DHL using customer’s freight account number.

Hours of operation

9:00 a.m.-5p.m. Shipping cut off is 3:00 p.m. for ground shipping and 4:30 p.m. for Expedited shipping with exceptions of local delivery via courier, call to inquire.

sales tax

Buyer is responsible for paying any and all applicable sales tax.

international fees

International buyers agree they are responsible for all freight, duty, excise, or any and all other taxes or fee applicable to their purchase.

return policy

Customers can return product within 30 days of original purchase date. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received in. Product is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are the Buyer’s responsibility. You must first contact us to obtain an RMA before returning equipment and the equipment must be returned within 10 days of receiving RMA. Equipment sold “as is” is non-returnable. We will replace defective or non-working equipment according to our Warranty Policy.

warranty policy

Warranty on all products shipped from Computer Connection Corporation is 1 year from date of shipment, unless noted otherwise for end users, 90 days warranty from date of shipment for dealers/resellers. Any product that is not working properly will be either replaced or refunded. Computer Connection Corporation reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any items returned, product that is in good working condition, or product that has been damaged by customer.
 

Does Computer Connection Corp. sell NEW equipment?

Absolutely. When asking for a quote let us know you’re interested in new pricing, used pricing, or both! Sometimes seeing the difference in pricing can make your decision easier.
